This Memorandum of Understanding (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions of participation in the AHE Referral Program, a collaborative initiative to welcome new students to the field of homeopathy through trusted personal and professional networks.

1. Purpose

The AHE Referral Program offers an opportunity for approved referrers to earn referral rewards and extend tuition benefits to prospective students. This program is intended as a gesture of gratitude for promoting AHE's educational offerings within your community.

2. Eligibility and Referral Bonus Structure

Referrer Incentive:

The Referrer will receive a one-time payment equal to 5% of the student’s first-semester tuition if the referred student:

  • Enrolls in the Professional PLUS or Foundations (Basic) Homeopathy Program (full-time or part-time), and
  • Lists the Referrer’s full name on their official application form at the time of submission.

Student Benefit:

Referred students will receive a 2% tuition discount on their first-semester tuition in the Professional PLUS Program (full-time or part-time), in addition to any other eligible early-enrollment incentives.

3. Conditions

  1. Referral credit is only valid if the referrer’s name is provided at the time of application. Referrals cannot be applied retroactively.
  2. Referral payments will be issued in a single annual disbursement after the referred student has been actively enrolled for a minimum of 90 days.
  3. Payments will be processed in December each year (or as otherwise specified based on enrollment timing).
  4. This Agreement applies only to the first year of the referred student’s enrollment.
  5. This Agreement does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture between the parties.
  6. Referrers are responsible for any tax obligations associated with earnings. A 1099 form will be issued for annual payments exceeding $600.
