For Danielle Durand, LHP, CCH, homeopathy was more than just a professional pursuit—it was a personal journey toward greater health and well-being. After struggling with lifelong hormonal imbalances, she faced a turning point in 2016 with the loss of a parent. The emotional and physical strain led to chronic fatigue, migraines, and other persistent symptoms, leaving her searching for solutions that would allow her to fully show up for her husband and children.
Her exploration of natural health led her to homeopathy as a way to manage acute illnesses, such as the flu and stomach bugs. But after seeing its remarkable effects on short-term issues, she began to wonder: Could homeopathy also address chronic conditions, like her own hormonal challenges?
That question set her on a new path. In 2021, she embarked on a journey to study homeopathy at AHE—a decision that not only transformed her personal health but also led her to a fulfilling career helping others find their own path to wellness.
Education, Clinical Training, and Certification
Danielle is a 2023 graduate of the Academy of Homeopathy Education (AHE), a nationally accredited homeopathy school where she completed an intensive full-time program. Her training included 500 hours of didactic study and over 500 hours of clinical training, giving her the skills and confidence to work with a wide range of health concerns.
As part of her education, Danielle also volunteered with Homeopathy Help Now, a non-profit research initiative that provides high-quality acute and chronic care services. She further expanded her experience by working in the research office at the HOHM Foundation, gaining deeper insights into homeopathic case management and practice.
After graduation, Danielle achieved certification from the Council of Homeopathic Certification (CHC), and licensure through the Arizona Board of Homeopathic and Integrated Medicine Examiners, demonstrating her commitment to professional and ethical excellence in classical homeopathy. She maintains her credentials through annual continuing education to stay current in her field.
In January 2024, Danielle further expanded her expertise by earning certification as a Trauma-Informed Coach (TIC). This training allows her to recognize how nervous system adaptations can influence behaviors and physical symptoms, providing a more comprehensive approach to homeopathic care.
Supporting Women, Children, and Families
Today, Danielle operates Wave of Wellness Homeopathy and is passionate about working with women during fertility struggles, pregnancy, and postpartum, as well as newborns and children’s health. She believes that by addressing health concerns holistically, families can help create a healthier next generation.
While she specializes in women’s and children’s health, Danielle welcomes clients of all ages and backgrounds, offering personalized care for a wide range of concerns. Her approach is centered on empowering individuals with homeopathy and helping them take charge of their well-being.
Life Beyond Homeopathy
Danielle and her husband have been married for 15 years and have two sons. When she’s not working with clients or expanding her knowledge of homeopathy, she enjoys spending time at the beach or cheering on her boys at the baseball field.
Her journey from wellness seeker to professional homeopath reflects a deep commitment to learning, growth, and helping others achieve optimal health through homeopathy.
