Rachel is an AHE alumna and certified homeopathic practitioner passionate about helping people of all ages and backgrounds achieve lasting health. Seeking solutions for her children’s health issues and wanting to help her nutrition clients address their health on a deeper level, she discovered the profound, whole-person transformation possible with homeopathy. She now combines over a decade of nutrition expertise with classical homeopathy at her practice, Rising Hope Health.
Before enrolling at AHE, Rachel earned her Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in Nutrition and spent over 10 years designing personalized nutrition programs for a wide range of clients. This experience gave her a strong understanding of the body’s physiology, the root causes of imbalance, and the importance of practical, sustainable health strategies. Today, she draws on this knowledge in her homeopathy practice, offering a comprehensive and compassionate approach to care.
Rachel is a marker and acute clinic supervisor for AHE and a volunteer practitioner with the Homeopathy Help Network, providing affordable care to those in need. Outside of her work, she enjoys hiking, running Spartan races, and baking with her kids.
